A court has heard that a woman smothered her disabled twin sons with a nappy before killing their older sister and trying to kill herself.

Tania Clarence, 43, appeared before the Old Bailey on Friday after admitting responsibility for the deaths of three-year-old Ben and Max and Olivia, aged four, at the family home in New Malden, south-west London, over the Easter holidays.
