PORTLAND, Maine — The U.S. Marshal's service says it has arrested one of its 15 most wanted fugitives in Portland, Maine.
The service says Clyde Hall Jr., a convicted sex offender, has been on the run since March 2012 when he was released from the Butner Federal Correctional Institution in North Carolina after serving 25 months. Authorities say he failed to meet with a probation officer and report to a halfway house in Albany, N.Y., as a condition of his release.
