In the aftermath of two bomb blasts near the finish line of Monday's Boston Marathon, Boston police confirm two dead and dozens injured, according to Cheryl Fiandaca, head of media relations for the Boston police. Local hospitals report at least 90 patients are being treated for wounds, including at least 6 are in critical condition and 6 are in serious condition. At least 8 of the injured are children.
