Official: Obama to nominate Dartmouth College president to head World Bank Mar 23rd 2012, 13:48 President Barack Obama has chosen Dartmouth College President Jim Yong Kim to head the World Bank, a senior administration official confirmed Friday. Kim, a longtime public health expert and advocate, is a somewhat un­or­tho­dox choice to head the global financial institution.
